Dr. Alyson Koslow, DDS

My name is Dr. Alyson Koslow, and I am excited to take care of your dental needs!

As an advanced trained Prosthodontist, my goal is to provide high-quality restorative dental care. I can transform your smile and improve your ability to chew efficiently. Veneers, crowns, bridges, implants, bleaching, night guards, Invisalign, and dentures are just a few ways I can make you look and feel great.

I received my DDS degree from the New York University College of Dentistry in 1995 and my Certificate in Advanced Prosthodontics from the University of Illinois College of Dentistry in 1998.  For the last 20 years, I was a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Restorative Dentistry at the University of Illinois College of Dentistry. As a clinical attending, I supervised student-driven patient care in the clinic and was involved with many preclinical and didactic courses. I was the director of several courses and I also participated in teaching Continuing Education. I’ve also been on the UIC Professionalism, Ethics, and Disciplinary Committees.

Professionally I am a member of the American College of Prosthodontics and the past President of the Chicago chapter of Omicron Kappa Upsilon, National Dental Honor Society. I have made several appearances in the media, including ABC, NBC, CBS, and WGN/Fox News, and the Chicago Tribune, discussing Porcelain Veneers and Tooth Whitening. I was also the dentist for the Steve Harvey show in Chicago for several years.

Dr. Andrew Jursik

Hello, my name is Dr. Andrew Jursik, and I am excited to announce that I will be joining Dr. Koslow to continue on the vision of 25 East Dental. I am new to Chicagoland and I cannot wait for the opportunity to work with you. I grew up in central New Jersey and I received my undergraduate degree at Villanova University (Go Cats!). Following college, I returned to New Jersey for my doctorate and I spent four years training at the Rutgers School of Dental Medicine. After I graduated, I honed my skills for an additional year in a General Practice Residency at Overlook Hospital in Summit, New Jersey.

After completing my residency, I entered private practice in northern New Jersey. I spent four years splitting my time between two communities there and had the pleasure of working with many patients of a variety of backgrounds. During that time, I also returned to Rutgers to participate in a teaching program as a clinical instructor. Teaching has been a passion of mine ever since tutoring lower classman during dental school and it was very fulfilling to help train a new generation of dentists.

I am well versed in all aspects of general and cosmetic dentistry and believe in taking a comprehensive approach to your care. My focus will be to provide you a foundation with which we can achieve whatever your treatment goals may be. I place an emphasis on the patient experience, and I will strive to make your time in the dental chair as pain and stress free as possible. I am a member of the American Dental Association, the Illinois State Dental Society, and the Chicago Dental Society.

My wife and I will be coming to the area so she can begin her residency training at Loyola University Medical Center. We have a border collie mix named Bravo and the three of us cannot wait to explore the area. We look forward to the many parks, restaurants, and activities that Chicagoland has to offer!
